Information concerning personal data processing for AMMCO Contractors.

3. For what purposes are your personal data processed?

Your personal data are processed in order to: properly perform contractual obligations including correspondence, inquiries, commissions, purchase orders enabling AMMCO perform its usual business activity, maintain complaint and claim procedure, maintain and manage business relations, prevent fraud, ensure IT-systems safety, ensure compliance, determine or defend claims.

4. How long will your personal data be stored?

Your personal data will be processed until contract between AMMCO and Contractor terminates or expires and then until limitation period of potential claims or the obligation of accounts storage expires.

5. What is the legal basis for processing your personal data?

The legal basis for processing your personal data Article 6 sec. 1 point b), c) and f) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”) – processing is necessary for the performance of the contract, compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject to or for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller (conducting business).

6. Source of data and obligation to share data

In case you contact AMMCO on behalf of Contractor we inform that your data has been provided to AMMCO by abovementioned Contractor because of business relations between parties. To the extent your personal data are provided to AMMCO directly, provision is voluntary but essential to properly perform contract between AMMCO and Contractor.

7. Categories of processed data

Personal data provided to AMMCO includes: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, occupation and any other data that was voluntarily provided because of contract requirements.

8. Who will be the recipient of your personal data?

Your data may be transmitted to entities processing personal data at the controller’s request, such as IT service providers, legal advisers, etc. Data may be also be transmitted to public authorities entitled to access data according to the law. Your data will not be subject to any automatic personal data processing or profiling.

9. Passing data outside the European Economic Area

Your personal data will not be transmitted outside either to third countries from outside the European Economic Area or international organisations.

10. What are your rights concerning personal data processing?

You have the following rights in connection with your personal data processing by AMMCO:

●          right to have your data rectified,

●          right to have your data erased (in specified situations),

●          right to file a complaint to the Supervisory Authority which handles personal data protection,

●          right to have the processing of your data limited,

●          right to object to data processing,

●          right to transfer your data in case automatic personal data processing.
